Mr Freezy
An Arena Theatre Company production in collaboration with Men of Steel
An ice-cream van springs to life and everything in it transforms to tell a wild and epic story! Scoopy can't stand the cold or the brain freezes that come with his job as an icecream scoop.
With their home under threat, Scoopy is called upon by Mr Freezy to embark on a quest to distant, dangerous lands where he discovers a world of robo-chickens, milkshake speedway racers and Godzilla-like food processors!
With characters created from food, utensils and packaging, Mr Freezy demonstrates the incredible skills of the infamous and award-winning puppeteers, Men of Steel.
Crafted to delight and excite young audiences, Mr Freezy is a fun and imaginative play that explores ideas of bravery, loss and belonging.
'Anarchic, messy and highly intuitive, this is a fabulous children's show. It's brilliant, silly and often hilarious.' The Stage, UK about Men of Steel
